Course Summary

Foundations Curriculum The Foundations Curriculum is the first of three comprehensive and progressive curriculums designed to facilitate a Biblical understanding of God's Kingdom.

The Foundations Curriculum is designed to not only familiarize the student with the Kingdom, but to provide them a firm foundation for more intensive study of the Kingdom.

Foundation Curriculum Classes:

  • Who, What, When, Where, Why & How of the Kingdom- In this introductory course we answer the questions of who, what, when, where, why and how, as the related to the Kingdom. Who comprises a Kingdom?, What is a Kingdom? What comprises a Kingdom? When is, or has, the Kingdom come? Is it here now? Where was the Kingdom originally? Where is it now? Where will it ultimately be manifested? Why did God choose a Kingdom form of government for man? How has or will the Kingdom come? These questions and more are answered in this foundational study of the Kingdom.
  • Understanding the Church and the Kingdom- In this course the student is instructed in difference between the church and the Kingdom, as well as, the unique roles the church fulfills in God's Kingdom. An emphasis is placed on the definition of terminology that has traditionally been used, whose meanings have been lost, which further obscures the important role that both the church and Kingdom play in God's plan for mankind and the earth.
  • Understanding the Gospel of the Kingdom- In this course students are provide a detailed study of the elements that comprises the message of the "good news" or "gospel" of the Kingdom. Students are instructed in the common elements that comprised the Gospel that Jesus Himself taught, delivered to His disciples and instructed the churches leadership to take to the nations of the world. We also examine how the contemporary church can reclaim this message to empower it in fulfilling its role in taking the good news of God's Kingdom to the utter most parts of the world!

  • Having a Kingdom consciousness is essential in order to understand the Bible and the ministry of Jesus. The Kingdom's presence within the Bible, both Old and New Testaments, plays a primary role in our understanding of eschatology and the development of our theology as a whole. It is not my intention in this study to provide an exhaustive study of the Kingdom, but to raise the student's consciousness of the Kingdom's preeminence in scripture, more specifically in the thought of the New Testament church, its leaders, as well as, the ministry and work of Jesus Himself.
